Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy & Contract Requirements 1. Booking Confirmation - Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of signed contract. - A minimum 5-day charge applies to all bookings. 2. Contract Requirements - A binding contract will be provided upon booking confirmation. - The contract must be signed and returned within 3 business days. - The contract outlines terms, conditions, and responsibilities for both parties. 3. Cancellation Terms - Client Cancellations: 7 days' notice required for no cost. Less than 7 days: 50% of boarding fee applicable. Less than 3 days: 100% of boarding fee applicable. - Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time, for any reason, with a full refund. 4. Payment Terms - Full payment required at time of drop off. 5. Booking Amendments - Changes to bookings require 7 days' notice, subject to availability. 6. Arrival/Departure - Check-in: 10:00am - 1:00pm - Check-out: 10:00am - 1:00pm - Early arrivals/late departures by arrangement only. 7. Client Responsibilities - Provide accurate information about pet's health, diet, and behavior. - Ensure pet is up-to-date on vaccinations. By booking online, clients acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
